A BOLD STATEMENT TO ANY HOME

Kāhu® was designed to maximize the visual impact. High angular ribs create deep shadow lines for a bolder statement for any home or commercial project.

DOUBLE CAPILLARY GROOVE FOR GREATER PERFORMANCE

Greater weather performance is achieved with the double capillary overlap as it provides an extra capillary barrier to the standard capillary groove, giving you extra peace of mind.

The double capillary overlap requires only a one rib lap. This increases the cover sheet size and speeds up installation time, providing for a cost effective roofing and cladding solution.

For wall cladding applications the exposed capillary groove on the overlap can be omitted providing for a smoother appearance.

THE COLORSTEEL® RANGE

All colours are available in COLORSTEEL® ENDURA® and COLORSTEEL® MAXX®. Please note colours below are indicative and we recommend you request a steel colour sample from your nearest Metalcraft Roofing branch. The homeowner should be aware that temperatures of dark colours are higher than those of lighter colours. Darker colours will thermally expand more. Thermal expansion of metal roofs is covered in the MRM Code of Practice. The MBIE document on roof cladding advises that noise from thermal expansion is normal and should be expected. Refer to MBIE -Guide to tolerances, materials and workmanship in new residential construction 2015.
